Feel free to come to this page to find the latest changes and updates to class schedules, make up classes, snow days, and holidays. We will update this page as soon as possible, whenever changes are necessary. Check in OFTEN!!

This message is in regards to the Recital and Costumes. The Recital will be on Wednesday and Thursday, June 20th and 21st. It will be at TPAC again this year. Dress Rehearsal will be Tuesday, June 19th. Each student is required to be at the Dress Rehearsal. It will start in the morning and go through the late afternoon. You will find out the time frame you need to be there when we do the recital schedule. For instance, the Wednesday show will rehearse in the morning, and the Thursday show will rehearse in the afternoon. Please mark these days on your calendar so you can plan accordingly.
Many studios all over the country are ordering costumes from the same catalogs we choose. In order to be sure that we receive ours, we must abide by their regulations and get an early start on ordering them. If for some reason you might be uncertain as to whether or not you are participating, may we suggest you purchase the costume anyway, because after this, we will be unable to get your child a costume. Pleae note the following due dates for costumes:
Jan 31st - $35.00 deposit per costume due
Mar 15th - Remainder of costume totals due
(A few examples)
Dancer has 45 min or 1 hr class = $35.00 deposit
Dancer has 1 and 1/2 hr class = $70.00 for two costumes
Dancer has 4 classes, 2 of which are ballet = 3 costumes, $105.00 deposit.
There will be a recital fee of $50.00 per child. With this fee, you will receive five complementary tickets. This fee must be paid whether or not you need all five tickets. It is not a ticket fee, but a recital fee. This pays for the facility rental, the mandatory lighting technicians, audio, video, stage crew, and to purchase the necessary props and equipment. Additional tickets may be purchased for $10.00 per ticket, and can be pre-paid.
At least half of the fee ($25.00) is due Feb 15th.
The rest must be paid by April 15th.
We will have picture week for students and their parents. You will hear more about this after all the details are completed with the photographer. We want you to have professional pictures for such a special occasion. Please be on the lookout for more notes being sent home and on the message board downstairs through June.
Also please, please come tell Anna in the office if you think this will be your 5th or 10th consecutive year!! We probably don't have it on file in the office. We want to be sure to recognize these students with awards at recital. Please don't just tell your teacher "in passing", they may not have time right then to let us know.
As always, we want to have good communications, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions at 824-7400. After 3:00 Mon-Thurs is usually the best time to reach Anna. We are always so eager to make each recital the best experience possible. Thank you for your help!
